Customer advocacy plays a large part in the marketing strategy, and Big Button was chosen to produce a series of customer stories in the UK and Europe.
Marqeta’s client partnerships permeate every level of an organisation, usually from the CEO and across the engineering, developer and project management teams; its cutting-edge technology is designed to help in each of these areas. So, how do you convey the nature of such a partnership in a short 2-minute video?
Our solution was simple. We created a ‘spotlight’ film that featured everyone giving a high-level overview of the partnership. Then, we edited a series of targeted ‘breakout’ videos that focused on each area of the relationship:
- The CEO discussing how Capital on Tap helps its customers
- The Head of Engineering talking about the API sandbox for their developers
- The project manager praising the shared culture and partnership between Marqeta and Capital on Tap.
