Thomsons Online Benefits is a global benefits management and employee engagement software company. They are rightly proud of their unique company culture - which they term ‘being PINK’ – and commissioned Big Button to capture its essence for a recruitment film. The project was shot in the UK and Romania, and the script was developed closely with our client and adapted as the project progressed. The film has been successfully deployed on YouTube and social channels, as well as being integral to the company’s online careers page.
