Having enjoyed great success with TV advertising, emerging Fintech brand ClearScore also needed to promote their app online using customer stories. With a tight turnaround time for the project, Big Button researched and selected potential contributors, created interview frameworks to elicit engaging responses, and shot around the country in the space of two weeks to film the contributors in their ‘natural’ settings – with locations as diverse as parks, pubs, fields and beaches.

In line with ClearScore’s brand aspirations, the series of films were shot in 4K with Cinema Prime lenses for a cinematic feel, with handheld camera adding an intimacy to the contributor cutaway shots. The films have been highly successful in acquiring new subscribers, and were also featured at the company’s prestigious annual event.
